From our first meeting with John, we had the impression that he was a person we could trust, and it turned out to be true. He gave us a very detailed estimate with several options to choose from. The price was very reasonable considering the good quality of the work delivered. He coordinated all the jobs with the subcontractors, so we only had to deal with one person throughout the whole process. Both his own crew and the subcontractors were professional, experienced, and hard working. Everything was done on schedule, with great quality, and within the original cost estimates. John was always available and helpful. We were very pleased with the whole process and are now enjoying our remodeled house.

Easy to work with, quoted what he was going to do, did exactly what he said he would do, did the work in the time frame he said he would, quality employees working for him, cost effective suggestions, cleaned up after themselves. When he was gone, you wouldn't know he was there, except for the finished product. There were never any add ons to the original quote, and never pushed to do additional work. These were two rental houses, would definitely have him do work in my own home.

We were very pleased with John Sullivan (owner) Raul (supervisor) and the rest of the crew. All were polite, considerate, cooperative, hard working, knowledgeable and always on time. They did an excellent job with all aspects of the work. One part of the job was not done correctly because of miscommunication but when we discussed it with Raul he corrected the problem promptly. John had told us that the job would take 4 days and it ended up taking almost 5 but we asked them to add a couple of things on to the original contract so we were very happy with the amount of time it took to complete. We have found no problems and everything works correctly. The only problem I encountered was in trying to get in contact with John. It took his several days for him to get back to me after we had chosen him to do the work and often times I could not get him by phone. In his defense he had told me that a bunch of jobs had come in at the same time and he was scrambling. We would determinately hire him and his crew again.

The owner, John, is a very pleasant man to work with. I liked him right away. At our 1st meeting, he paid careful attention to what I wanted, took notes, called the next day to confirm some measurements & sent an estimate in about 5 days. One thing he did, which I liked, was to itemize the costs on his proposal. You knew exactly what each thing was going to cost & you could then decide if it was something you really wanted done. There was nothing they couldn't handle, including a quick fix to a leak in an old sprinkler that started gushing water shortly after they arrived the 1st day. It was fixed in 5 mins!! We were extremely happy with the quality of the work from John Sullivan Construction & were very pleased with his prices. We will definitely use them again in the future if we plan other projects. It's a small company and they are very busy, but Sullivan Construction is definitely worth waiting for.

We were buying a house and there were leaks in the attic. We didn't want to close escrow until we were certain that the leaks would be taken care of. The previous owner kept hiring an handyman to caulk the dormer window to no avail. We asked Sullivan to take a look. He did what it took to determine the leak location, making additional trips to perform water leak tests. We hired him to fix the leak and he completed the job in a professional, timely fashion. The workmanship was top quality. And it was done within budget (paid for by escrow).
